Informatics is a broad field, based on turning data into information. From raw computation to artificial intelligence, Informatics has played a key role in human development over the last century, the importance of which will no doubt increase in the coming years.

 

Now is the perfect time to invest! Come on down to the meetings and talk about robotics, data structures, micro-electronics or just hang out and stuff. Find some people who want to do awesome things with computers and do them!

 

The Informatics department meets in David Hume Tower, room LG 11, on Mondays at 7:30pm to best facilitate all of your computer-related ideas.
